Hygiene –We are committed to preventing dental disease in all its forms.  As partners
in striving for your optimum dental health, we will educate you about the latest
products, techniques, and information to help you prevent dental disease.

Non-surgical periodontal therapy –
This therapy removes plaque and calculus
by controlling the growth of harmful bacteria and by treating conditions that
encourage gum disease. This type of treatment may be all that’s needed,
especially when periodontal disease is caught early.

Digital Radiographs (therefore low dose radiation) – This exciting new
technology saves a lot of time and enables the dentist and patient to view the
image on a computer screen seconds after the device is inserted into the
patients mouth. The images are a higher resolution than film images and are
stored in a computer memory, from which they can easily be retrieved, combined,
and manipulated to supply more information. Most importantly, patients are only
exposed to 1/10th the x-ray dosage typically delivered today.

Comprehensive Rehabilitation/Reconstruction – this approach is used
for patients who have significant esthetic or functional dental problems. It is
also implemented when any cosmetic treatment is considered. After all, if the
function is correct the form follows.  After a thorough evaluation, which
includes photographs, radiographs, head, neck, and muscles of the masticatory
system and TMJ examination, occlusal examination, diagnostic models, Dr.
Brachvogel will develop a treatment plan that will provide the patient with a
road map to optimum oral health.

Implant Therapy – Dental implants are a permanent, cost-effective,
conservative alternative to bridges and partials. Implants have become very
popular because they preserve the natural density and height of the bone after
extractions, and they respect the integrity of surrounding teeth, eliminating
the need to remove healthy enamel to create anchors for bridges and partials.
